1. Tewkesbury.Net means Craig Fletcher trading as Tewkesbury.Net

2. Licensing: By sending a photo message to Tewkesbury.Net you agree to an unlimited and perpetual license to Tewkesbury.Net to use the image and text in whatsoever way the company wishes with no remuneration to yourself. You also agree that Tewkesbury.Net shall be entitled to assign this license either in whole or in part.

3. Photo Credits: We will not publish your details, but you may optionally select an 8 character alias, which we may or may not use for publication.

4. Photo Subject Matter: You are responsible for photos and text added to the Tewkesbury.Net website by this service. You agree to respect people's privacy and to obtain their consent where appropriate. You agree not to use this service to send any defamatory, offensive, abusive, obscene, intimidating, threatening, harassing, pornographic, sexually offensive material or any material protected by confidentiality or trade secret in any form. You agree not to use the service in a wasteful or profligate manner.

5. We reserve the right not to approve the registration of any applicant for this system, or to remove any user from the system, without explanation. We also reserve the right to withhold publication of any individual photo, without explanation.

6. You agree that we can contact you by mail, email or phone regarding this service.

7. You are responsible for preventing misuse of your phone, but in the event of unauthorised use or theft, you can contact us at photos@tewkesbury.net and we will suspend you from the photo messaging system.

8. We reserve the right to vary the above conditions within 7 days of a notice appearing on this web page. We reserve the right to suspend the service at any time.
