Twirlers Success Local group return from competition with armfull of trophies.
They were taking part in a regional competition, working towards a place in the National Championships at the end of the year.
They won 10 individual first place and six seconds and came firt in the junior dance team event and first and second in the pre-teen beginers dance section.
Leader Angela Walker said: "They all worked really hard. We left Link Road Youth Club at four in the morning and it was almost 2am the next morning before we got back. It is a long day when you think that some of them are only eight years old."
She would love to find somewhere to display the numerous trophies won by the group. At the moment they are stored in boxes in her loft.
"It would be lovely if we could put them in one of the empty shop windows," she said.
