CATWALK FAME FOR TEWKESBURY GIRL Gillian is National Finalist
Beauty, Gillian Kershaw thought her dreams of becoming a model would never be any more than that. However, her friend Emma Gannon saw an advertisment for the Woman 16 Plus Model of the Year Competition, and entered her!
The 24 year old made it through to the final eight, and hopes that being seen on a fashion show on GMTV will help her on her way to a modelling career.
At least one fashion editor has already expressed an interest in using her, and Gillian has her fingers firmly crossed.
In the meantime, she is continuing with her youth and community studies at Leeds University.
