What are the Extra Services available?
A. The Extra Services available are:
- an Extended Entry
(up to 2000 characters, instead of 255)
- Announcement Entry
(up to 2000 characters) to be used as either
- (1) a Press Release
- (2) a Noticeboard
entry (for non-profit Organisations)
- (3) a Special
Offer (for profit making Organisations)
- (4) a What's on
entry o a picture (jpg/gif) of staff, members, products or premises (either supplied
or we can take digitally).
- a 360 degree image
of premises, shop interior, warehouse, etc. (We take digitally).

How do I register with Tewkesbury.net?
A. To register with Tewkesbury.net, click on Register (found under SITE
SERVICES) in the left navigation area. This will take you to the Registration
Area. You will now need to choose both a Username and Password. Your password
will need to be entered twice to verify that it has been typed correctly. Should
your chosen Username be found to have been taken, you will be asked to provide
a different Username. Please make a note of your chosen Username and Password
as they are required to allow you to change your details.
(Note: They are both case sensitive, therefore, check whether the Caps Lock key
on your keyboard is on or off prior to typing).

How do I register for a Free Entry?
A. To register for a FREE Entry on Tewkesbury.net, click on Register
(found under SITE SERVICES) in the left navigation area. This will take
you to the Registration Area. You will now need to choose both a Username and
Password. Your password will need to be entered twice to verify that it has been
typed correctly. Should your chosen Username be found to have been taken, you
will be asked to provide a different Username. Please make a note of your chosen
Username and Password as they are required to allow you to change your details.
(Note: They are both case sensitive, therefore, check whether the Caps Lock key
on your keyboard is on or off prior to typing).

you to the Search Directory page. Follow the on-screen information to find the

How do I put an Announcement on the Noticeboard?
A. In the left navigation area, click on 'Log on'. Enter your Username
& Password and Log on. You will then see the Administration menu. Under the EXTRA
SERVICES banner you can choose to Add/Remove OR Edit the Announcements.
Once you have finished editing, remember to 'log out' under the ADMIN banner.
(Note: this feature is available to Non-profit making Organisations only).

A. In the left navigation area, click on 'Log on'. Enter your Username
& Password and Log on. You will then see the Administration menu. Under the EXTRA
SERVICES banner you can choose to Add/Remove OR Edit the Press Releases.
Once you have finished editing, remember to 'log out' under the ADMIN banner.
(Note: to use this feature, you need to have an Extended Entry or be a Non-profit
making Organisation).

A. In the left navigation area, click on 'Log on'. Enter your Username
& Password and Log on. You will then see the Administration menu. Under the EXTRA
SERVICES banner you can choose to Add/Remove OR Edit the Special Offers.
Once you have finished editing, remember to 'log out' under the ADMIN banner.
(Note: to use this feature, you need to have an Extended Entry).
Q.
I have requested an Extended Entry, but cannot see it displayed?
A. Once an Extended Entry is requested, the Tewkesbury.net Administrator has
to verify and activate the entry. Please allow a period of up to 2 working days
after your request, before your entry is active.
(Note: You may be contacted and asked for confirmation to verify the Extended
Entry).

How do I get photographs into my Directory entry?
A. Please request such when creating or amending your Extended Entry. This
can be done via the administration area which is accessed from the 'log on' button.
